I’m Gary Smith, owner of Chatham Construction Company, and construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I grew up learning the trade alongside my father and his construction company, spending countless hours on job sites and gaining hands-on experience from an early age. Those lessons taught me the value of hard work, quality craftsmanship, and treating customers the right way. After years of learning the industry, I started my own company and have proudly been serving homeowners for over 10 years.
